update

Four months into learning watercolour and I'm pleased with progress. I've started working much bigger, with one recent painting attempted on a full imperial sheet. I'm planning on working on half imperial sheets of Bockingford (425gsm) from now on.

I've also recently investing in some Winsor & Newton series 7 sable brushes, which were well worth the expense and are excellent.

recently I've visited the (English) coast near Isle of Wight, where my parents have a house, and have painting two versions of the Needles based on photographs taken from my balcony.

You're clearly building up a really good gallery - how many more pictures have you got tucked up you (cyber-space) sleeves? I really like Lake Louise, as well
